Description

Over the years, Soliel’s team of technical experts has consistently delivered outstanding innovative solutions and services that meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction. Soliel, LLC is seeking an Expert A&A Analyst to support a federal customer.
Location: Navy Yard, Wash DC, or other federal locations (Hybrid)
Start Date: Immediately
Clearance: Secret or Top Secret
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of all A&A subject areas with in-depth familiarity and understanding of Navy IT sites, systems and infrastructure.
• Understands Navy A&A guidance and Navy A&A process.
• Expert knowledge and experience with RDT&E, PIT and Business IT systems and the phases of the RMF process.
• Strong writing skills to document findings from A&A package reviews.
• Demonstrates oral and written communication skills to work closely with system owners, SCA representatives and AO representatives.
• Oral presentation skills to facilitate collaboration meetings and to brief senior level SCA/AO on authorization recommendations.
Required Skills:
• Must possess an IAM/IAT Level III certification (CISSP, CASP-CE, CISA, GCED, GCIH, CSSP, CCNP)
• Possess 10 years of practical experience in a cyber or A&A related field.
• Satisfies provisions of CNSS no. 4016 (Risk Analyst), Advanced Level, but is not required to actually hold the certificate.
• Oral presentation skills to facilitate collaboration meetings and to brief senior level SCA/AO on authorization recommendations
• Possess at least 10 years’ experience working with A&A efforts, preferably as a Navy Validator or ISSE
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent technical field).
