Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team.
Location: REMOTE but DMV, (DC, Maryland, Virginia) residency is required for minor travel.
The successful candidate will be accountable to:
- Serves as the lead developer responsible for the architecture and implementation of software components aligned with USNCC requirements.
- Translates functional requirements into technical designs and implements reusable and scalable solutions.
- Collaborates with product owners and scrum teams for backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery.
- Implements secure development practices in alignment with DoD STIGs and DevSecOps principles.
- Oversees code reviews, unit testing, UAT support, and software release management.
What you bring
Experience, Education & Training:
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and deployment in Agile environments.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Solution Architect certifications.
- Proficiency with modern development stacks, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and API integration frameworks.
