If you have rated mission expertise or Air Battle Management experience and thrive in dynamic training environments-this opportunity is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and support real-time flight training and kill removal during missions.
• Assist aircrews in maintaining airspace boundaries and executing training objectives .
• Support flight leads with mission reconstruction and debriefing.
• Participate in operational planning and contribute to training event design.
• Ensure flight safety compliance in coordination with operational teams.
• May support autonomous training missions without AWACS or GCI.
• Serve as a subject matter expert based on air battle management or flying experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior rated mission expertise required , or prior Air Battle Manager / Weapons Director experience (per AFMAN 13-212V1).
• Strong understanding of airspace control, mission safety, and flight operations .
• Experience with tactical air training and live mission support.
