If you're skilled in LINK-16 systems, mission integration, and real-time communications-this opportunity is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate, configure, and maintain LINK-16 equipment and terminals.
• Establish and terminate network links in accordance with mission requirements and preplanned data link setups (PDLs).
• Monitor data link performance and ensure proper integration into mission systems.
• Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate with technical personnel to implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support during joint training exercises and mission rehearsals.
• Maintain configuration documentation, link setup files, and operational procedures.
• Interface with planners, aircrews, and command staff to ensure proper use and data flow.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience operating LINK-16 or other tactical data link systems in a DoD environment.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-6016, JREAP protocols, and TDL planning tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and configure TDL terminals (e.g., MIDS, JTIDS).
• Experience supporting joint or coalition operations is highly desirable.
