We're looking for a Future Operations Manager to lead planning and coordination for upcoming missions, training events, and site maintenance activities. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain schedules for operations, maintenance, and support activities.
• Work with the Site and Deputy Site Managers to anticipate mission needs.
• Coordinate across logistics , training, radar, and IT teams for seamless execution.
• Support strategic planning and resourcing of upcoming operations.
• Assist in developing risk mitigation plans and operational contingencies.
• Provide planning inputs for briefings, readiness reports, and customer engagements.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in operations planning or scheduling within DoD environments.
• Must have prior Range Control Officer experience or similar planning background.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills; experience with planning tools preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and forecast resource needs.
