RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing daily site operations, personnel, and mission execution.
- Provide direct oversight to the Current and Future Operations Managers, ensuring alignment with operational plans and readiness schedules.
- Collaborate with radar technicians, IT/cyber personnel, range staff, and support functions to ensure seamless execution of mission objectives .
- Support planning and deconfliction of concurrent operational activities.
- Represent the Site Manager in coordination meetings or engagements when required .
- Assist in performance tracking, process improvement, and contract compliance.
- Provide surge support during high-tempo operations or exercises.
- Travel to other sites as needed for coordination or surge support.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Prior experience as a Range Control Officer or equivalent operational role within the DoD or a defense contracting environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills .
- Familiarity with radar, range, or aerospace operations preferred.
