We're looking for an experienced Deputy Site Manager supports the Site Manager in the day-to-day execution of site operations, providing leadership, coordination, and oversight across radar systems, training operations, cybersecurity, and mission support functions. This role ensures continuity of operations and acts as the senior site representative in the Site Manager's absence.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing daily site operations, personnel, and mission execution.
• Provide direct oversight to the Current and Future Operations Managers, ensuring alignment with operational plans and readiness schedules.
• Collaborate with radar technicians, IT/cyber personnel, range staff, and support functions to ensure seamless execution of mission objectives .
• Support planning and deconfliction of concurrent operational activities.
• Represent the Site Manager in coordination meetings or engagements when required .
• Assist in performance tracking, process improvement, and contract compliance.
• Provide surge support during high-tempo operations or exercises.
• Travel to other sites as needed for coordination or surge support.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Prior experience as a Range Control Officer or equivalent operational role within the DoD or a defense contracting environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills .
• Familiarity with radar, range, or aerospace operations preferred.
