We're looking for a Cybersecurity Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead all cybersecurity governance across classified and unclassified systems at our site. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the principal advisor to leadership and system owners on all cybersecurity matters.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation (e.g., SSPs, POA&Ms, and SARs).
• Ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST SP 800-53 standards.
• Coordinate with IT personnel, system administrators, and mission operators to implement technical and procedural safeguards.
• Manage system accreditation and authorization processes for both classified and unclassified systems.
• Monitor cybersecurity posture, conduct audits, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
• Interface with government security officials and auditors to ensure ongoing authorization to operate (ATO).
• Track and manage cybersecurity training and certification compliance for site personnel.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 + years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years supporting DoD or national security systems.
• In-depth knowledge of RMF, DIACAP, DoD STIGs, and vulnerability management practices.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III certification requirements (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC).
• Experience with classified system ATO processes and cybersecurity audits.
