We're seeking a dynamic Current Operations Manager to lead real-time site operations, ensuring safe and effective execution of radar, range, training, and maintenance activities. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate real-time operations in alignment with mission plans and schedule .
• Deconflict activities between radar support, training missions, and logistics .
• Support the Range Training Officer in flight safety and mission integration.
• Respond to emerging operational needs and adjust support as required .
• Maintain visibility of personnel, systems, and equipment status during operations.
• Collaborate with the Site and Deputy Site Managers to implement decisions.
• Maintain operational logs and provide inputs for after-action reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in range, radar, or operational coordination roles.
• Must have prior Range Control Officer experience or equivalent.
• Ability to coordinate high-tempo, multi-faceted operations.
• Strong communication , situational awareness, and time management skills .
