Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our team supporting operations in the Ft. Belvoir / National Capital Region (NCR). This role is pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of strategic communications through the development of compelling visual content.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for translating complex information into engaging graphics, infographics, and data visualizations that support executive briefings, internal and external communications, and strategic initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, data analysts, subject matter experts, and branding professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging infographics, charts, and data visualizations that simplify and enhance understanding of complex information.
• Design executive-level presentations, slide decks, and graphics to support strategic briefings and communication efforts.
• Collaborate with analysts, content creators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure visuals align with messaging objectives.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and visual standards across all materials.
• Contribute to the development of reports, whitepapers, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative visual solutions that clearly convey key messages, strategies, and performance indicators.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to elevate the quality and impact of visual deliverables.
• Explore and implement new tools, software, and mediums to advance data storytelling and visual communication.
• Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide design expertise during team discussions and meetings.
• Support the enhancement and evolution of brand guidelines and visual communication strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating data-driven visuals and presentation graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, layout, and typography.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas and data into compelling visual formats.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of visual storytelling, infographics, and presentation materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting government, defense, or intelligence community clients.
• Familiarity with branding, marketing, or corporate communication strategies.
• Background in strategic communications, data visualization, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
