- Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (Eligible)
- B.S.M.E.
- Professional work experience with mechanical HVAC, plumbing and gas & fluid distribution systems
including HVAC equipment sizing and selection, building domestic water & sewage system sizing, piping
sizing calculations.
- Experience performing design requirements and constructability reviews of detailed design submittal
packages

This senior position is responsible for developing conceptual mechanical system requirements, estimated HVAC loads, estimated Bill of Materials, and facility requirements documentation. The selected candidate will provide technical peer reviews of architectural/engineering design submittals, support the develop of Facilities Design Criteria & Facilities Evaluation Testing Criteria, and perform constructability reviews of construction design documentation
