Schedule Integrator

KBR is seeking a Schedule Integrator to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Candidate requires a U.S. citizenship with an active DoD SECRET clearance.

The Schedule Integrator provides support to manage, integrate, update and report status of projects for the gravity and cruise missile warhead programs. The products are top level schedules (TLS) that provide integrated schedule data in an easy to reference visual format.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analysis of schedule health and impact assessments using schedule platform.
  • Support ad hoc requests to generate schedules, reports and summary presentations of results that may be used for strategic senior leadership communication of project status and schedule management.
  • Provide high-quality, accurate reports appropriate for presentation at the Pentagon level. These reports may include schedule impact assessments for specific scenarios and/or events.
  • Develop, integrate, and deliver monthly updates to unclassified (approximately 3.5k lines) and classified (approximately 1k lines) integrated master schedules and perform schedule analysis for the air delivered nuclear weapon programs.
  • Monitor, track, and report receipt of updated schedule information from internal and external sources.
  • Monitor, resolve conflicts, conduct schedule analysis, and perform schedule health checks as needed to ensure accuracy and reduce errors.
  • Resolve and reconcile program schedule irregularities with internal and external agencies.


Required:
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance is required, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree desired; 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Project can be used in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Expertise in scheduling software such as MS Project, P6, JIRA Plans or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Accustomed to professionally working with internal and external senior leaders, offices, directorates, and action officers.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities by levels of importance and suspense dates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, including a matrixed environment.
  • Able to work in a secure, confined location.


Desired:
  • Significant experience with Microsoft project or similar schedule software.
  • Able to link tasks, understand priorities, and establish critical path.
  • Resource loading experience not required.

  • Location: On-site
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
  • Working Hours: Standard
