Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Cyber Operations Planner - Senior to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and aligns cyberspace plans, strategies, and policies with organizational missions.
- Analyzes policies, assesses needs, and collaborates with stakeholders to integrate strategies supporting goals.
- Responsibilities include drafting, publishing policies, guiding staff, monitoring policy application, auditing, and assisting the CIO in development.
- Requires deep expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, along with thorough knowledge of cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards.
- Emphasis is placed on developing strategic policies that enhance interoperability, improve command and control (C2) capabilities, support international collaboration, and align with USSOUTHCOM's evolving mission objectives and operational readiness frameworks.
- Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments
Required:
- 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS
Desired:
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CASP+ - CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner
- CISM - Certified Information Security Manager
Clearance:
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Certification:
- IAT Level 2 or higher
Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
