Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Cloud Enterprise Architect Engineer to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida
Responsibilities:
- Develops architecture frameworks, enterprise patterns, and strategic planning. Aligns cloud architecture with DoD strategic goals, ensuring a cohesive and standardized approach across all cloud implementations, enhancing interoperability and efficiency.
- Develop secure architectures in accordance with DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) and FedRAMP.
- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives from legacy systems to cloud-native services.
- Implement Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) aligned to NIST 800-207 and DoD ZT strategy.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and network teams to ensure secure, compliant designs.
- Provide architecture governance and oversight across multiple cloud enclaves or tenant environments.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
- Support Continuous Authority to Operate (cATO) and ATO processes using RMF and DevSecOps principle
- Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments
Required:
- 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS
Desired:
- Master's Degree in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Systems Architecture, or Information Assurance.
Certification: Must meet IAT III and IAM Level III or higher certifications:
- Preferred: Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- Preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Must have at least one or more Cloud Platform Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- SC-100: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate
Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
