Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Requirements Analyst to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Provides subject matter expertise in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) to support the evaluation and integration of Command and Control (C2) and cybersecurity capabilities for Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
- Supports DoD Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) operations by enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Perform PPBE analysis to evaluate capability investments and recommend resource allocations aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks and tools to enhance evaluation, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- Support the integration of cybersecurity acquisition lifecycle and operational environments.
- Conduct cost estimation, lifecycle modeling, and business case analysis to support portfolio-level decisions.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of deliverables.
- Design and lead training and workforce development programs aligned with current and emerging operational requirements.
- Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments
Required:
- 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS
Desired:
- Master's Degree in IT Management, Program Management, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
- DAWIA Business - Financial Management (BUS-FM)
- DAWIA Program Management Level II/III
Certification:
- PMP
- IAM Level II or higher
