Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Cyber Operations Planning Lead to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, and executes cyber operation plans, aligning them with objectives and risk management.
- Works with intelligence and cyber defense teams to integrate capabilities into broader strategies.
- Contributes to policy development, negotiates agreements, and implements cybersecurity processes.
- Coordinates with stakeholders, supervises and mentors' cyber planners, ensures policy compliance, and conducts audits to assess program effectiveness.
- Lead strategic and operational planning efforts to integrate cyber defense into broader mission frameworks.
- Coordinate with various teams to align cyber defense strategies with broader defense objectives, assess risks to operations, and develop contingency plans to maintain mission success.
- Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments as required.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS
Desired:
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Certification:
- IAT Level 2 or higher
Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
