The MASY Group is a growing Nunn Perry award-winning government service company providing intelligence analysis, educational, and operational support to key federal agencies such as the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. We are seeking a developer in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with containerization, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. You will support secure software delivery, cloud-native infrastructure, and compliance efforts to ensure the platform meets DTRA and DoD cybersecurity standards.

We are seeking a developer in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with containerization, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. You will support secure software delivery, cloud-native infrastructure, and compliance efforts to ensure the platform meets DTRA and DoD cybersecurity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps automation pipelines using tools such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Prisma, and SonarQube.
- Automate the software development lifecycle including build, test, and release processes in support of rapid and reliable application deployment.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines integrated with security controls (DevSecOps) for secure and compliant delivery.
- Support containerization strategies, microservices orchestration, and cloud-based infrastructure deployment.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with developers, cybersecurity personnel, and system engineers to ensure secure software supply chains and adherence to DoD RMF policies.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code and configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Salt.
- Provide technical expertise in network protocols (TCP/UDP, ICMP, DNS), infrastructure services, and system hardening techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Linux administration and automation scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools and processes.
- Experience with infrastructure and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Salt).
- U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
