The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist-Lead Auditor to support St Louis Program Quality teams based in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
  • Support the maintenance of a compliant Quality Management System (QMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), and Aerospace Standard (AS9100) through conducting internal audits
  • Develops scope, schedule, plans and leads hardware and system level audits to determine compliance
  • Support issue resolution, metrics and develop common checklists
  • Support management reviews and the BGS Internal Audit Community of Practice
  • Perform benchmarking of Enterprise and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system. This includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
  • Educate others on requirements to help drive robust Quality Culture


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of Quality / AS9100 / Quality Processes / Lead Auditor experience
  • 3+ years of nonconformance reporting, reading blueprints or working with requirements
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree from an accredited course of study
  • Previous work in aerospace, manufacturing, quality or another highly regulated industry
  • ASQ Certified Quality Auditor
  • Experience working multiple projects
  • Experience establishing and conducting training

Summary Pay Range : $90,000 - $129,800/Annually
