The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist-Lead Auditor to support St Louis Program Quality teams based in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities
- Demonstrated skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
- Support the maintenance of a compliant Quality Management System (QMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), and Aerospace Standard (AS9100) through conducting internal audits
- Develops scope, schedule, plans and leads hardware and system level audits to determine compliance
- Support issue resolution, metrics and develop common checklists
- Support management reviews and the BGS Internal Audit Community of Practice
- Perform benchmarking of Enterprise and industry best practices
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action
- Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system. This includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
- Educate others on requirements to help drive robust Quality Culture
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of Quality / AS9100 / Quality Processes / Lead Auditor experience
- 3+ years of nonconformance reporting, reading blueprints or working with requirements
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree from an accredited course of study
- Previous work in aerospace, manufacturing, quality or another highly regulated industry
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor
- Experience working multiple projects
- Experience establishing and conducting training
