Job Description

As a Armed Security Officer - Clearance Required in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Armed Officer in the aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This is an armed post, and you may be required to operate a vehicle as part of your duties. You will interact with personnel and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour - Secret

$29.00 / Hour - Top Secret

$38.38 / Hour - Yankee White

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Maintain awareness of the unique environment and requirements of an aerospace and defense location while performing all assigned duties.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas.
• An active Department of Defense Clearance is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
