• Experience leading and developing a food service team
• Provide complete, high quality meal service
• Responsible for maintaining Serve-Safe standards
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
• Supervise kitchen staff's activities
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Rectify arising problems or complaints
• Perform administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements
• Must have either: (U) An Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts, with minimum of five (5) years non-supervisory experience in food service industry AND have minimum five (5) years of Executive Chef experience in large food service operations providing cafeteria style or multi-entrée operations, or minimum of five (5) years non-supervisory experience in food service industry AND have minimum seven (7) years of Executive Chef experience in large food service operations providing cafeteria style or multi-entrée operations.
