Digital Transformation Specialist

In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team alongside project managers to capture business requirements, define solution architectures, and translate them into scalable, low-code applications using Power Platform. You'll collaborate closely to understand the organization's business needs, document technical specifications, and lead the development of workflows and integrations with systems like Dataverse, SharePoint, and external APIs. You'll be responsible for managing security and access within specific Power Platform environments, ensuring that solutions are built and deployed with the appropriate permissions and controls in place. Your technical expertise will be key to creating and deploying intuitive solutions that drive efficiency for a U.S government client.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and deploying custom digital solutions with Micro sof t Power Platform for a U.S. government client in their Micro sof t 365 environment. You will work closely with a senior Power Platform spe cia list to design and develop low-code / no-code applications to solve client challenges. You will also gather functional requirements from government stakeholders and develop and deploy multiple applications that meet the organization's business needs and support their strategic goals.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with Power Platform Solutions tailored towards business processes improvement
- 3+ years of experience creating, managing, and exporting Micro sof t Power Platform Solutions
- 2+ years of experience with programming or scripting languages, including Power Fx
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing Power Automate Flows for process automation
- 1+ years of experience with JSON
- 1+ years of experience with the Agile development process
- Knowledge of Power Platform architectural design principles, administration, and governance
- Ability to create solutions as part of a collaborative team and perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- 1+ years of experience supporting business process analysis
- Experience with Data and Dataverse entity modeling and creation
- Experience with dataflows for data modeling, creation, and ingestion
- Experience with SharePoint M365 development and migration
- Experience with task tracking sof tware such as Micro sof t Planner, Jira, or Trello
- Experience working with the DoD
- Knowledge of modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
- Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning
- Micro sof t Power Platform Certification
- Micro sof t M365 Administration Certification
