RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Manager (contingent upon award) to support a federal client in leading a CSSP Team and the program. The CSSP Manager will support the following:
- Candidate will be the primary liaison between IA Team, CSSP Team, and Federal Oversight. Additionally, the candidate will also be the primary liaison with JFHQ-DODIN on the contractor side as a federal partner.
- Candidate will be responsible for the development and compliance of Information Technology (IT) related policies and procedures as the Cybersecurity Service Provider for the federal client.
- Candidate will have responsibility in performing oversight of all CSSP reporting and auditing of subscriber sites.
- Candidate will maintain close coordination with Assessment Team when performing Staff Assistance Visits (SAV's) and Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI's) as well as establish and maintain working reports with Subscriber Sites to support compliance and answer questions pertaining to CSSP requirements and activities.
- Candidate will review documentation (policies, procedures) for CSSP and lead CSSP Working Group Sessions.
- 15 years of experience working within the federal government community with expertise in project and program management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team that provides oversight, assessments, makes recommendations, and establishes best practices for improving operations, processes, and outcomes.
- Experience in oversight and assessment activities with existing operational processes as well as experience providing continuous improvement, leading organizational change, and making recommendations to drive project performance.
- Strong writing and oral presentation capabilities in developing executive-level briefings, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
- Must possess an expert understanding of the intricacies and unique relationships NNSA has with DOD, DOE, its Maintenance and Operating (M&O) Contractors, and other external stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field of study or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting similar scope of work within the Department of Defense and/or Department of Energy; Preferred experience with Department of Energy / National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA)
- CISSP, CISM and/or PMP certifications are preferred
