Foxhole Technology is seeking an experienced IMWS Service Owner as part of a team of information assurance professionals in support of a critical Government program.

Job Description

  • Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the engineering, application, and development of multiple operating systems
  • Analyzes computer software and hardware requirements to provide integration and implementation support through the design and development of new systems at a highly technical level
  • Ensures that system are functioning according to design specifications. Analyzes and documents users' functional and data requirements
  • Develops site survey instruments to gather detailed user requirements and business process analysis data
  • Conducts functional user interviews to document functional, system, customization, and data requirements and data sources
  • Determines data requirements for internal processes and external interfaces
  • Develops new systems or tailors commercial products to meet user requirements. Maps existing data structures and migrates legacy data to the new or tailored systems
  • Develops and conducts tests to ensure systems meets documented user requirements
  • Develops documentation to describe system requirements and use. Provides technical support and diagnoses and resolves system problems
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications, as assigned
  • The management of core infrastructure includes a large collection of network, systems, and storage infrastructure as well as a core set of supporting services like Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Domain Name Service (DNS), ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution), Citrix, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Endpoint Security System (ESS), Yellowdog Updater Modified (YUM), and others as required
  • Monitoring systems and processes, patching operating systems and software applications, configuring and tuning system processes, and troubleshooting and resolving problems
  • Health monitoring, trouble ticket management, user account management, incident management, ASI management, configuration management, problem management, metric reporting, data onboarding and parsing as dictated by the government, visualization development, application configuration


Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance with Eligibility for TS.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Must have a current DoD 8140 (8570) IAT Level II approved certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+ CE)
  • Qualified in accordance with DoD Manual 8140.03, "Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program," February 15, 2023
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with Government and cross-functional teams.
