Military Equipment Knowledge System (MEKS) SW Developer

This position is contingent upon receipt of funding on task-order.

General Summary

COLSA is seeking a Software Engineer to join a team of develops creating the Military Equipment Knowledge System (MEKS). Candidate will work in an Agile environment under the direction of the Technical Lead.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

• Develops and applies advanced methods in the development of MEKS*
• Coordinates the efforts of other developers in performance of assigned development projects*
• Reviews the completion and implementation of technical products and recommends corrections*
• May provide leadership to lower level employees

Required Experience

• Bachelors' degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 10-15 years related experience
• Experience developing Extract, Transform and Load processes
• Demonstrated ability for full-stack development
• Experience leading teams in an Agile environment
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MEPED and MARS, and their APIs
• Working knowledge of LINQ, C#, ROBOT, and Pentaho
• Ability to write detailed unit tests for UI and backend code
