- Acting as a senior program manager for C4I shipboard projects
- Managing complex multi-million dollar programs within the PEI group
- Serving as the primary customer contact
- Managing overall customer interface relationships and customer expectations
- Managing large government contracts
- Overseeing and acting accountable for overall performance of work, with quality of project and services provided
Requirements
- 20+ years of management in shipboard Naval system integration and testing
- 15+ years of Navy C4I shipboard management
- Full understanding of Navy and shipyard requirements and processes to successfully complete all C4I integration and testing
- In-depth understanding of complex shipboard engineering, integration, and testing
- In-depth knowledge of ship-build scheduling and Naval contract management
Desired Skills
- Experience managing complex ship-build schedules and multi-million dollar Naval contracts
- Understanding of Navy and shipyard requirements and processes to successfully conduct Naval shipboard work
- Understanding of shipyard industrial requirements during Naval ship construction and overhaul
