The proposed salary for this position is:
$30.67 - $46.06 USD

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute internal and external written material
- Review and input Gov't employees bi-weekly timecards in the Automated time and attendance Production System (ATAAPS)
- Prepare and maintain schedules and calendars for organizational leadership
- Prepare and schedule TEAMS and onsite meetings
- Coordinate international and domestic travel for Leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
- Experience managing multiple executive calendars and office requirements in an Army Project Office
- Familiarity with AR 25-50
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and excel
- Comfort multitasking in support of different individuals and departments
- Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels
- Ability to engage with internal and external Senior Executives that reflects Organizational values and tenets
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs/complete tasks without direct guidance
