Overview

The TOC Shift Supervisor oversees the operational aspects of the TOC during assigned shifts, ensuring network systems such as LAN, WAN, and Internet operate effectively with minimal interruption. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and leadership to analyze, test, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems, ensuring uninterrupted network performance.

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems including LAN, WAN, and Internet systems.
  • Lead network maintenance activities to ensure consistent operations with minimal interruption.
  • Supervise and guide shift operations in the TOC, monitoring performance and responding to network incidents rapidly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the TOC Operations Manager and other of the client's divisions to enhance network infrastructure and provide feedback on system performance and issues.
  • Perform and document regular network system assessments to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Establish and refine protocols and procedures for routine network operations, incident management, and preventive maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned .


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience as a lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in networking.
  • Certification in at least one of the following: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Riverbed Certified Solutions Professional (RCSP), or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)/Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in network systems.
  • Due to the nature of work performed at the client's facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Public Trust Clearance is required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
  • Must possess problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
  • Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range

USD $90,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
