About the role
Concept Plus is looking for an individual with strong communication skills and experience managing teams and complex proposals for our government customers. This role will work closely with Director of Proposals, Capture Managers, Solution Architects, Project/Program Management experts, Technical SMEs, and the larger Business Development team(s) in the leading and supporting the development of compliant and winning proposals.

About the role
Concept Plus is looking for an individual with strong communication skills and experience managing teams and complex proposals for our government customers. This role will work closely with Director of Proposals, Capture Managers, Solution Architects, Project/Program Management experts, Technical SMEs, and the larger Business Development team(s) in the leading and supporting the development of compliant and winning proposals.
What you'll do
- Implement the organization's proposal process from pre-proposal planning through proposal delivery and support of post-submittal deliverables.
- Lead proposal and RFI response preparation for individual pursuits, including written, oral, and demonstration requirements.
- Develops and maintains the proposal plan, leads proposal meetings, manages the proposal schedule, organizes proposal resources, coordinates team inputs, and reviews, identifies, and supports resolution of proposal development issues, oversees production of proposal
deliverables, and facilitates proposal follow-up and lessons learned. - Ensures proposal compliance and responsiveness, bid strategy deployment, and the quality of proposal deliverables.
Qualifications
- BS in Business, Marketing or related field
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
- At least 3 years in proposal management, ideally within the IT services sector.
- Expertise in Proposal Methodologies: Demonstrated success in managing proposals, with familiarity in
- Shipley and APMP methodologies, specifically within the federal government contracting space.
- Certifications and Training in Shipley and/or APMP, CF preferred.
