We are seeking a detailed and dependable Executive Assistant to support our client s Midwest Regional Direct for Cyber Operations. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Director, including calendar management, briefing preparation, and day-to-day scheduling
- Attend meetings independently, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on assigned action items
- Draft, edit, and manage documents and presentations, including classified materials, in accordance with security protocols
- Coordinate travel logistics and submit expense reports per company policy
- Track timecards, deliverables, and ongoing operational priorities using internal systems
- Act as liaison with internal staff and external contacts, including senior military and government personnel
- Support logistics for briefings, conferences, and secure communications
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all tasks and interactions
- Additional duties, as assigned.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years supporting staff in high-security or government environments. Prior interaction with general officers or military leadership preferred.
- Understanding of U.S. government operations, particularly DoD or Intelligence Community environments
- Knowledge of administrative best practices and procedures for supporting executives
- Experience attending and documenting meetings independently
- Familiarity with handling classified or sensitive information and working within secured facilities
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have experience with timekeeping and expense platforms (e.g., Unanet, Deltek, SAP)
- Comfortable with secure communication platforms and DoD protocols
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and time management. Strong personal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly is required.
