In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
• Coordinate preparations for Technical Review or other large scale meetings, including managing attendance, scheduling conference rooms, and organizing the event schedule.
• Effective communication abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Enhance, schedule, and oversee the Reentry business processes, such as maintaining a repository of lessons learned and conducting meetings.
• Gather action items from different business processes and monitor progress to ensure completion.
• Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and assist with onboarding new employees.
• Draft and distribute communications to facilitate the integration of the Reentry organization within the company
• Support/ Facilitate projects and initiatives that benefit/ streamline the Reentry directorate
Support with tours, business rhythm meetings and employee engagement events
Basic Qualifications:
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience/education
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
• Experience in the coordination planning, organization, control, integration and completion of meetings/ projects
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

To be effective, ideally, you should also have:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Excellent, demonstrated communication, presentation and people skills are required as this position requires frequent briefings to senior leadership, as well as, the customer
• Greenbelt or Blackbelt certified
• Experience in Project/ Program management
• FBM experience
• Familiarity with Agile tools/processes
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
