HUMINT Targeting Specialist, Senior
The Opportunity:
As a HUMINT Targeting Spe cia list on our team, you'll help your client monitor, organize, and manage operational tasks, reports, requirements, and workflows to enable readiness and situational awareness. Using your understanding of the DoD or IC and CCMDs, various intelligence functions, and operational support activities, you'll coordinate, staff, and complete assigned taskings, prepare reports and briefings, and identify opportunities to enhance operational management. As a senior intelligence professional, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and network, develop new skills in operational management, and share your techniques and methodologies with fellow analysts and mission managers. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 12+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or targeting at the national, CMMD, or department levels
- 5+ years of experience in HUMINT targeting operations
- Knowledge of military source operations and its supported tradecraft, tools, and databases
- Knowledge of HVI or network development and other human and so cia l network analysis
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of a DoD or IC HUMINT Targeting Course
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting a Theater Spe cia l Operations Command
- Experience with the CENTCOM AOR
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
