Multi-Discipline Collection Manager, Senior
The Opportunity:
As a multi-discipline collection manager on our team, you'll help your client monitor, organize, and manage operational tasks, reports, requirements, and workflows to enable readiness and situational awareness. Using your understanding of the DoD, IC, CCMDs, various intelligence functions, and operational support activities, you'll coordinate, staff, and complete assigned taskings, prepare reports and briefings, and identify opportunities to enhance operational management.
As a senior intelligence professional, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and network, develop new skills in operational management, and share your techniques and methodologies with fellow analysts and mission managers. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 12+ years of experience in intelligence operations
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence at the operational level
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence collection management
- Experience with collection requirements management databases, tools, and processes, including CHROME, NSRP, OSCAR-MS, and GIMS
- Knowledge of multi-intelligence collection disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, IMINT, or GEOINT
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting a Theater Special Operations Command
- Experience with the CENTCOM AOR
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Completion of a DoD or IC collection management course
