Job Description:
The Candidate shall supply operational, technical, and administrative support to the Regional Network Enterprise Center-West (RNEC-W) Business Management Branch (BMB) relating to all West Region Service Level Agreements and Memorandum of Agreements supporting six (6) Network Enterprise Centers (NEC) and eight (8) remote sites. The analyst will assist the Government SLA managers at the RNEC-West and LNECs to prepare, staff, finalize, and monitor all West Region SLAs and MOA’s. They will work closely with the West Region local NECs and the 106th Signal Brigade S3 SLA team. They will assist in DA Form 7600 development and to assist with required Memorandum of Agreements and Understanding (MOA/MOU) for each site in the West Region. They will assist the West Region to maintain compliance with DoD, Army, NETCOM, and local SLA policies and regulations. The Candidate shall administer technical support for all West Region sites.
Core Functions:
The Candidate shall support, coordinate, review, analyze and provide feedback to customers on periodic (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) basis for all established and new SLAs, MOUs, and MOAs. The Candidate shall review, edit, staff and finalize SLAs and other artifacts and collaborate with NECs and Mission Partners Business and Plans Division (BPD) to determine if the SLAs accurately depict the services provided with associated estimated costing. They will also verify the correct service provider; services being provided and service bill payer.
The Candidate shall generate and update reports for all requirements of this task order and assist Government SLA managers and budget personnel manage West Region SLAs. The Candidate shall follow procedures for DA Form 7600, NETCOM Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) Service Catalog, NETCOM ARTS, and NETCOM GEARS. The Candidate will support the development and management of an average of 20 SLAs and 14 MOU/MOAs supporting the West Region.
The Service Level Agreement Analyst will be responsible for administration and management of West Region Service Level Agreements for local and regional sites. The Candidate shall use approved IT management tools and applications to perform the following: Review 10% of all established SLA/MOUs monthly.
• Provide weekly and monthly status reports.
• Attend required meetings, MS Teams, telephonic and in person on all SLA related concerns.
• Resolve SLA related issues, concerns, new requirements.
• Ensure SLAs are properly developed, staffed, and signed within the required time frame.
• Support all SLA Operations Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs), and directives.
• Produce documentation related to project deliverables.
• Create and maintain a West Region SLA Dashboard on SharePoint Online (SPO).
