We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background in radar systems, range operations, and team leadership to support critical defense initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily operations at a radar and range site including AN/TPS-80 system support, mission execution, and team coordination
• Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary team including technicians, IT specialists, and operations staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across all site activities
• Coordinate mission planning, radar maintenance, cybersecurity, and training range scheduling
• Act as the on-site liaison with military personnel, government customers, and partner organizations
• Monitor and report on performance, risk, and mission readiness
• Provide input on system transitions and implement evolving operational requirements
• Travel as necessary to support operations at other sites

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience in radar systems, military operations, or range management
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical or operational teams
• Familiarity with radar systems such as AN/TPS-80 or equivalent platforms
• Strong skills in mission planning, team supervision, maintenance logistics, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in managing high-tempo, cross-functional environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• TS/SCI eligibility preferred
• Prior military service or experience working in joint-service environments
• Hands-on knowledge of DoD safety, cybersecurity, and range management standards
• Experience transitioning or implementing new operational systems or technologies
