What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating project timelines, subcontractors, and budgets
- Supporting Project Managers with planning and reporting tasks
- Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Communicating with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Organizing and attending meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking actions
- Monitoring progress and identifying risks or delays to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For
- A background in construction, trades, or site-based work (e.g. carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil) - you've worked on site and understand how projects actually run
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and willing to learn and step into the office-side of project delivery
- Competent with computer systems (training on platforms like SAP or SharePoint can be provided)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Driver's License and White Card (or ability to obtain)
