As Sr. Systems Architect I, you'll support the sustainment of enterprise development and production environments. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems through expert-level administration of Oracle EBS, middleware, and infrastructure. You'll work with and advise a team of engineers to maintain system integrity, support Agile delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
- Support sustainment operations for the SDE and PROD/PSS environments, ensuring alignment with Agile delivery and system lifecycle requirements.
- Overseeing configuration, patching, and performance tuning of Oracle EBS, middleware, and infrastructure components.
- Advise on the synchronization of SDE and PROD environments to ensure fidelity for development, testing, and deployment.
- Supporting capacity forecasting, system monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinating with cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
- Advising Government stakeholders on environment health, modernization opportunities, and technical risk mitigation.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, system sustainment, or operations engineering.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams responsible for development and production environments.
- Deep expertise in Oracle EBS, including RICECPW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Configurations, Personalizations, Workflows).
- Strong background in Oracle middleware technologies (e.g., SOA Suite, WebLogic, BPEL), Exadata, ZFS, and Linux-based system administration.
- Experience with Agile sustainment models, DevSecOps pipelines, and CI/CD tooling.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
