Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for a talented candidate to join our Microelectronics Analysis Division. This person will provide Anti-Tamper (AT) evaluation support to major acquisition programs in all phases of the acquisition process. This person must have significant experience with all policies and laws relating to Anti-Tamper and must have experience evaluating the integration of State-of-The-Art (SOTA) AT technologies into system architecture. This person must have a thorough understanding of the exploitation threat facing weapon systems in today's battlefield.
Candidate will interface with Program Offices at the SES / Flag Officer level and prime contractors at the Program Manager / Chief Engineer level to ensure AT requirements are adequately addressed and tested. This person needs to have innovation, quick learning, excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and adaptive thinking. They must work well in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. This person will work with multiple facilities and collaborative teams comprised of government, contractor, and industry personnel. There may be some travel associated with this position.
Candidate must have previous experience designing, developing, integrating and testing weapon system Anti-Tamper solutions, and must be well versed in Systems Engineering and the DoD acquisition process.
This position is 100% onsite and falls under the category of Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support services.

- Threat Countermeasure Tree Analysis
- Anti-Tamper Evaluation Team Experience
- Thorough understanding of the DoD Acquisition process
- Senior: minimum of 15 years' experience.
- Principal/SME: minimum of 25 years' experience.

Required Skills:
- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- Active TS clearance
