Our company is looking for a Military Instructor, Common Operational Picture/Common Tactical Picture (COP/CTP) Specialist, to join DeVine in a full time capacity. This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens with Secret Clearance may be considered.
The successful Military Instructor will collaborate with our client's overall mission in training Carrier Strike Groups (CSG), Expeditionary Strike Groups (ESG) and Amphibious Ready Groups (ARG). To accomplish this training, the successful hire will provide expertise in doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures, as well as practical applications and war gaming support utilizing government furnished training systems for classroom.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Nationally recognized certificate in Knowledge and/or Information Management preferred
• Experience lecturing Strike Group or Fleet KM-COP/CTP principles or experience managing Common Operational and Tactical Picture systems including Joint and Coalition GCCS and Tactical Data Information Link (TADIL) to meet warfare commander operational requirements as part of strike group operations
• Experience implementing knowledge of fleet training methodologies/requirement or equivalent military experience
• In depth experience utilizing Mission Essential Task List methodology and observational evaluation of COP/CTP and Interface Control Officer/Multi-TADIL NMETLs
• Experience conducting technical troubleshooting and interoperability testing, evaluation and management of COP/CTP systems (preferably for a naval strike group or warfare commander staff)
• Current Secret Clearance
