We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Financial Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing the financial operations within our contracts portfolio within the org. This role will involve analyzing financial statements and making recommendations based on data gathered.
Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to develop PowerBI dashboards. The IT Financial Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial functioning of our IT department and the reduction of inefficient, outdated, or needless contract spend.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee contract management and vendor management, including reviewing contracts and services, tracking renewals, and ensuring compliance.
• Provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in budget management by analyzing trends and providing insights into IT financial performance.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and financial reports for IT management, providing valuable insights into financial performance and key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and contract data.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of invoice management, contract management, purchase order management, accruals, variance analysis, budget management, and T&E management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
