Proposal Engineer job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space / Defense company. As a Proposal Engineer for Space Force MUOS, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for defining, developing and sustaining enhancements to a live communication system. We provide warfighters with a familiar cellular phone-like service, allowing forces on the ground to communicate directly with others at higher levels of quality and much greater capacity than available through the current system.

Proposal Engineer job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space / Defense company. As a Proposal Engineer for Space Force MUOS, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for defining, developing and sustaining enhancements to a live communication system. Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Department of Defense SECRET security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field and 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of proposal development processes and best practices (e.g., Shipley, APMP).
- Experience with defense and aerospace industry standards and practices.
- Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition processes.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Agile experience preferred
