Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Custodian to join our team in Heath, OH.
Position Responsibilities:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:
- Possesses substantial knowledge and understanding of the general aspects of the custodial tasks and cleaning processes
- Solves routine problems by following established custodial practices and procedures
- Work is reviewed for overall adequacy by lead custodian. Under minimal supervision applies proper safety techniques and storage methods in the completion of daily custodial activities
- Has demonstrated familiarity with security awareness requirements for assigned area
- Maintains awareness of supply levels and communicates needs to assigned lead custodian
- Assists lead custodian in delivery of supplies to required areas
- Provides occasional guidance on established cleaning techniques to less experienced custodians
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience in janitorial/custodial services
- Able to stand and walk throughout work shift (6+ hours) as well as carry and lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong execution, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills
