Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.

Visionist has an exciting new opportunity for a System Advocate. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for a premier, enterprise-level frontier LLM, supporting developers, analysts, and leaders at a critical defense organization. You will work closely with the original prototype team to help shape requirements for transitioning the prototype into a production-ready service, and you'll collaborate with government stakeholders to elicit new requirements for future capabilities. As the front-facing lead for the tool, you will advocate for its use and benefits, while ensuring the user base understands its limitations and best practices. You'll take the lead in designing documentation and training courses to help users build confidence in this new technology-ensuring it's used responsibly and to its fullest potential.

Your contributions are...
- Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge LLM technology across multiple missions, supporting users with varying technical backgrounds and domain expertise
- Develop training materials and deliver courses that teach users how to effectively and responsibly leverage LLM capabilities
- Support the lead systems engineer by contributing to requirements development and implementation planning for new features and enhancements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions, offering guidance and support on the LLM tool suite

Requirements for your new career...
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 7 years of experience in systems engineering
- Experience building training documentation for software tool suites
- Experience soliciting requirements from various stakeholders with competing priorities
- Familiarity with LLM technologies and their usage patterns, best practices and pitfalls
- Strong willingness to act as an advocate for LLM adoption
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional team

Salary range: $130,000 - $135,000
