FWI is building a team to provide subject matter expertise in information operations areas Military Deception (MILDEC), Operations Security (OPSEC), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), and strategic communications to support the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations with policy development, requirements coordination, and operational support for the Navy's information warfare capabilities. As Program Analyst you will provide subject matter expertise and strategic support for Navy information warfare policy development, requirements coordination, and operational execution across military deception, operations security, and information operations disciplines. Responsibilities
- Develop and update information operations policies, guidance, and strategies
- Analyze and coordinate OIE-related requirements (Operations in the Information Environment), programs, and policies to support the Navy's information Warfare capabilities
- Create executive-level briefings, presentations, and formal correspondence
- Support PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders across military and government organizations
- Monitor and respond to information-related tasks from higher authorities
- Support requirements development for information warfare capabilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in one or more OIE areas including MILDEC, OPSEC, MISO, and strategic communications
Qualifications
Required:
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Preferred degrees: psychology, sociology, behavioral science, cognitive science, or communications
- Minimum of eight (8) years of direct full-time work experience in one or more mission areas of IO/OIE (MILDEC, OPSEC, MISO) OR strategic communications OR similar Naval Information Warfare disciplines (intelligence, cryptology, cyber/cyber defense, C3, networks)
- Knowledge of the Department of the Navy and the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations
- Experience in stakeholder management/engagement
- Experience in writing, briefing, and speaking in executive-level engagements
- Working knowledge of PPBE tools and processes used by Navy and DoD
- Familiar with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, capabilities, and functions
- Expert in Microsoft Office tools and functions; specifically, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Expert in Adobe Pro
