The Information and Knowledge Manager (IM/KM) will support USSOCOM operations at Fort Bragg, NC by developing and implementing information and knowledge management strategies, tools, and best practices to enhance decision-making, collaboration, and operational effectiveness across the command. This role integrates with cross-functional teams, supports senior leadership, and ensures information is properly captured, stored, and shared across the enterprise.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have a Top Secret Clearance w/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage information and knowledge repositories, Databases, SharePoint sites, and collaborative tools
- Support the implementation of IM/KM strategies, policies, and governance across the command
- Identify information gaps and develop solutions for improved knowledge capture and dissemination
- Train personnel on IM/KM tools, procedures, and collaboration techniques
- Coordinate and synchronize with various directorates to ensure integration of information and knowledge assets
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance information and knowledge sharing and retention
- Maintain and manage classified and unclassified IM/KM platforms, ensuring data integrity and security compliance
- Prepare and present IM/KM briefings, dashboards, and knowledge audits for leadership decision-making
Qualifications :
- Request ten (10) years of IM or KM experience; prefer at least five (5) years supporting USSOCOM, Special Operations Forces (SOF) organizations, or other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations
- Demonstrated experience managing IM/KM tools such as Databases, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other collaborative platforms
- Prefer a strong understanding of USSOCOM command structure, mission sets, and operational requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing IM/KM strategies within a DoD or joint military environment
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, or a related field
