At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. Required Skills
- Advanced degree in management, accounting, economics, or finance with a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, or bachelor's degree with 17 years of experience, or 21 years of experience with no degree; and 2 or more years of supervisory or project management experience.
- Secret Clearance
- Deep knowledge of Army budgeting, execution, and financial reporting
- Ability to interpret and apply financial laws, regulations, and policies
