Work You'll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support Cohort Evaluation and Readiness Planning. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in deployment optimization, site screening, and cohort selection and management. This position requires strategic insight and planning recommendations

Key Responsibilities:
o Assist in site preparedness planning and readiness assessments.
o Develop and implement remediation plans.
o Present findings and recommendations to large groups or key stakeholders.
o Collaborate with federal staff to ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.
o Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, for project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance of at least a public trust.
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 5 years of Federal Government experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and deployment project management
  • Experience with networks, identity access management, and interface troubleshooting
  • Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR platform


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $54,500 to $100,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
