Work You'll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to lead our Go Live and Onsite Incident Command initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for site readiness, go live preparedness, coordination, evaluation, and management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the Oracle/ Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead site readiness and go live preparedness efforts.
o Coordinate and plan go live events, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
o Evaluate and manage go live processes, providing strategic insight and planning recommendations.
o Establish and manage an Incident Control and Command Center.
o Conduct stabilization screening and ensure criteria are met.
o Collaborate with federal staff to perform activities as defined in the project plans.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $ 134,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance of at least a public trust.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Minimum 2+ years of project management experience.
- 5 years of Federal Government experience.
- 3+ years of experience in EHR implementation and deployment project management, focusing on site preparedness, readiness assessments, remediation tracking, and incident command planning.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms is preferred.
- 5 years of experience supporting health information technology operations in a facility setting.
