We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing on Enterprise Issue Resolution and Incident Response. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project management within the federal government and the Oracle/ Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and operations management.Key Responsibilities:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $134,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work You'll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing on Enterprise Issue Resolution and Incident Response. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project management within the federal government and the Oracle/ Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and operations management.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insight and planning recommendations to federal staff responsible for Enterprise Issue Resolution and Incident Response.
- Manage issue and change management processes, tier support standards, and ticket triage management.
- Present to large groups or key stakeholders as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, for project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance of at least a public trust
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 3+ years of EHR implementation and operations management experience, with an emphasis on issue and change management processes
- 5 years of experience supporting health information technology operations in a facility setting.
- Information Technology experience with networks, identity access management, and interface troubleshooting
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms.
- 5 years of federal government experience.
