The production finance team is responsible for overseeing the intersection between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain , as it relates to product cost; we drive towards the best fi nancial outcome for Anduril and pair with our business partners to achieve those results. You get to design cool models but also interact with physical products & factories - the deeper you go the better your results.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a S trategic Finance Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Production Finance team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling while also challenging business partners on technical topics in supply chain, engineering, and process improvement . This individual will be instrumental in providing financial clarity for various programs, guiding strategic decision-making, and optimizing financial performance.

US Salary Range
$90,000 - $135,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Establish transparency into material cost for existing and future Anduril products .
- Lead with the Engineering and Supply Chain teams to develop and implement cost reduction roadmap .
- Build novel financial frameworks for thinking through operational decisions, including but not limited to manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
- Support cross-functional teams with tradeoff studies to achieve sustainable unit economics .
- Develop complex financial models to assess various financial scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and enhance reporting accuracy .
- Lead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management.
- You have 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar.
- You have a strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
- You have strong analytical aptitude. You intuitively think about problems in terms of numbers.
- You are able to quickly execute analyses in Excel
- You have an ability to quantify complex often ambiguous problems
- You are willing to learn how to use corporate systems ( e.g. Salesforce, Coupa, Anaplan) and analytic / dashboarding tools ( e.g. Palantir Foundry)
- You are comfortable communicating broadly and having a lot of eyes on your work. This role can at-times require comms to large groups and senior leadership.
- You enjoy working at a place where no one minds if you leave early one day to go to an appointment or run an errand, but you also don't mind responding to Slacks in the evening while you're watching Netflix.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
US Salary Range
