What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of software using the .NET framework and Angular
- Architect, code, and deliver high-performance, secure applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level developers
- Create, manage, and optimize database schemas aligned with application needs
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Resolve complex technical issues and performance challenges
- Drive Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning and delivery processes
- Use Git to manage code repositories and collaborate with distributed teams
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development
- Advanced expertise in Angular front-end development
- Experience leading Agile teams and shaping technical architecture
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to guide technical decisions
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to security and scalability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Serve in a senior technical leadership role on a federal contract
