AERMOR LLC is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of a Software Engineer to work directly with customers to determine needs; develop plans, designs, and development schedules; and coordinate systems development.

Please note: This is not a remote position and the contract ends September 29th, 2025.

Responsibilities Include:
Performs software planning, analysis, design, and/or development. Has in- depth knowledge of software development life cycle and development methodologies. Works directly with customers to determine needs; develops plans, designs, and development schedules; coordinates systems development. Is an expert in the use of appropriate software development tools and techniques.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles and development methodologies.
• Expertise in the use of appropriate software development tools and techniques.
• Recommend ETL processes to transform raw data into meaningful datasets.
• Monitor system performance and investigate issues related to data processing and storage.
• Document data models, pipelines, and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
